Lucy Needs a Home! Please Help

THE BEAUTIFUL WATERCOLOR PORTRAIT YOU SEE HERE WILL BE GIVEN TO LUCY'S NEW FAMILY UPON ADOPTION. THIS WAS PAINTED BY MARTINEZ-BASED ARTIST AMELIA HUNTER (Thank you, Amelia!).

"Ohhhhh Luuuucyyyy?!"

Hi there I'm Lucy! Everyone remembers the episode where Lucy hides chicken eggs in her blouse and then tangos with Ricky. Oh lord, I hacked up a furball I laughed so hard! Everybody loves Lucy and everybody loves me too!

I'm a social, outgoing, enthusiastic, declawed, medium haired, alpha Calico. I like parties because I get to mingle with lots of people. I especially like to greet guests and naughtily eat scraps that fall to the floor. I impersonate a lovebird with my vocalizations and cuddling. In fact, I'm something of a velcro kitty. Somedays I lay on the couch watching I Love Lucy reruns...and other days I pass the time with a good game of Chase the String!

I've been bounced around to a few different homes in the past year, and frankly I'm ready to find my forever home and my forever people! I eat an expensive prescription diet because I have a sensitive belly, but most importantly because I deserve it! I will not allow another cat into our home, but dogs may cross the threshold - just so you know. I will be your companion, will you be mine?

I'm about 13 years old and I tested negative for those nasty feline viruses. I'm spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and have been treated for fleas. For more information about me, contact Outcast Cat Help at 925-231-0639 ort by email outcastcat@outcastcat.org

The Staples discounts are not really all that helpful. You can usually find lower prices atRead More Wallmart or on Amazon and you must spend a large amount (a couple hundred dollars) all in one month to get any cash back reward at all. If you spend money on school supplies spread out, like $150/mo, you do not accumulate enough in any one month to get any reward at all. The deal sounds great, but I've found it completely useless and frustrating. I think it's a ploy for positive press only, and of little help to a teacher.
