-        How to make healthy selections at groceries and restaurants

-        How to read labels: ingredients to avoid

-        How to prepare and store produce

The Magic of spices and Cooking for Health

Week 2 : July 14 – 18

Knitting and Crochet (Yarn provided)

-        Crochet a hat and knit a scarf using 2 colors

       Supplies needed:

1.      #7 knitting needles

2.      Crochet hook size G

Sewing: How to sew a Button, how to hem pants or a dress, how to sew a simple bag by hand

Laundry tips & Ironing: How to iron shirts and dresses (fabrics, settings, techniques)

Classes are: M - F
9:00 - 1:30pm
