Fundamentals Funk It Up In Pleasant Hill Tonight

Long-time party band favorites will be featured at the Sunset By The Lake Concert Series tonight.

The Fundamentals have a great name - the primary goal of the band is right there in the first three letters. This long-time Bay Area party band favorite is a great fit for the Sunset By The Lake series, because the crowd always comes ready to have a great time, and the Fundamentals never let the crowd walk away feeling anything but great.

You'll hear everything from the Beatles to Michael Jackson to Alison Krause to Maroon 5 - these guys play it all, and they have a good time doing it.

The show, part of the summertime Sunset By The Lake series that runs through the summer at City Hall, 100 Gregory Lane, begins at 6 p.m. and will feature food by Smokehouse 10 BBQ, and ice cream and shaved ice from Cold Stone Creamery.

Bring a lawn chair, a picnic basket, and the family and get ready for a rocking good time tonight, as the Fundamentals bring their fun and the funk to Pleasant Hill.
