Free Concert By the Lake Sunday Features 'Spinout'

The classic rock, oldies and rockabilly band performs July 7 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the lawn by Pleasant Hill City Hall.

Pleasant Hill's free "Sunset By The Lake" summer concerts continue on Sunday, July 7 with the three-piece band Spinout performing rock and roll oldies.

The show is free and runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the lawn by Pleasant Hill City Hall at Gregory Lane and Cleaveland Road.

Covery Pizza will be selling food during the event and ice cream will be available from Coldstone Creamery.

Spinout has started to create quite a stir lately in the Bay Area by presenting the most timeless and enduring early rock and roll and classic rock music in an energetic, passionate and fun filled show that pulls the audience directly into the heart of their performance. This 3 piece band’s appeal is so broad that it can play anywhere from major nightclubs like Bimbo’s and Slim’s to restaurants to garage sales to private parties and have everybody dancin’, drinkin’ and singin’ along.
