Face painting and balloon twisting in front of ShaadZee's Bistro and a DJ will be spinning spooky Halloween tunes in front of Pasta Pomodoro. Trick-or-Treating at participating Downtown Pleasant Hill merchants. Pick up a free trick-or-treat bag from the balloonist (while supplies last!) This annual event is fun for the whole family and you really don’t want to miss out!
