 Have you always wanted to try yoga, but are reluctant to join a class because you don’t know the first thing about it? This is your chance to join a class with ‘first-timers’ like yourself and learn from the beginning:

   The basic principles of yoga and relaxation

   The difference between the many styles of yoga

   Basic poses done safely and effectively

   How to breathe

   How to meditate

   How to bring all the benefits of yoga into your everyday life


Join Jan Enderle on Thursday afternoons for a five week series to de-mystify yoga, gain more ease-of-movement in your body and improve your life. Try it and see!

Registrations will be taken up to the beginning of the first class.
