Pleasant Hill Death Notices

Ray Lee, a resident of Pleasant Hill, was a native of Arkansas who lived in Pleasant Hill for 56 years. He worked for the U.S. Navy and the Department of Defense in Oakland. He was also a World War II veteran. Lee passed away on July 30 at the age of 87.

Edward Alan Schnabel, a resident of Pleasant Hill, was born in Connecticut and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He and his family moved to California in 1989. He worked for Travelers Insurance Co. before helping form Premiere Travel Services in Walnut Creek. Schnabel passed away on July 10 at the age of 67.
