Pleasant Hill again celebrates this annual event at Pleasant Hill City Hall Tuesday, Aug. 7.

National Night Out is coming to Pleasant Hill on Tuesday, August 7, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Pleasant Hill City Hall, 100 Gregory Lane.

National Night Out was developed to strengthen neighborhood spirit and create partnerships between law enforcement and the community in an effort to lower crime.

National Night Out will feature free BBQ, giveaways, police K-9 demonstrations, a bouncy house for kids as well as tours of a police car, fire truck and ambulance. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions or just socialize with the members of the Pleasant Hill Police Department, our local fire department and members of American Medical Response (AMR).
