Police arrested three people Wednesday in connection with Lafayette massage parlors that allegedly provide sexual services, police said.
After investigating multiple citizens' complaints, officers obtained search warrants Wednesday at the Body and Sole massage business located at 3381 Mt. Diablo Blvd. and Classical Music Massage Center at 3385 Mt. Diablo Blvd., police said. Based on evidence found at both massage parlors, officers arrested Li Liu, 44, and 41-year-old Xiao Chen of Concord on suspicion of prostitution and Pleasant Hill man Yang "Jason" Chen, 25, for alleged pimping and conspiracy.
Two other women were interviewed and released in connection with the alleged prostitution. Police said a search of the businesses turned up evidence of sexual activity at both massage parlors, including condoms, business records, money and customer lists.
Police continue to investigate the sex work allegations at both establishments. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call Lafayette police at (925) 283-3680.
