Reward Being Offered In Fatal February Drive By Shooting

Police and Bay Area Crime Stoppers are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to arrest and conviction of suspects in Michael Dejuan Jones murder.

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in a Pleasant Hill drive by shooting that left one man dead in February.

According to the Pleasant Hill police, the investigation into the shooting death of Michael Dejuan Jones is still active; interviews are being conducted, leads are being followed and evidence is being analyzed.

Jones was murdered about 10:06 p.m. on Feb. 10 of this year, as he was walking from his car to a friend’s house on Devonshire Court. Several people were seen leaving the scene immediately after the shooting in a blue Saturn Vue.
