Two Men Arrested Monday In Pleasant Hill Burglary

Police say both men were seen entering an apartment through an unlocked window.

Two men were booked into County Jail in Martinez on Monday on suspicion of burglarizing a Pleasant Hill apartment, police say.

Marquis Aaron, 21, of Bay Point, and 21-year-old Donovan Shorter of Pittsburg were arrested several blocks from the apartment after a neighbor witnessed two men enter the apartment through an unlocked window and then leave around noon on Monday.

The two suspects were arrested and evidence was found on them linking them to the burglary at the apartment, police say.
