Co Co Times Says Pleasant Hill City Clerk Should Resign Now

The Contra Costa Times claims that rather than doing her job, Kimberly Lehmkuhl spends her time during council meetings sending out tweets on her Twitter account.

In a strongly worded editorial, a regional newspaper on Monday suggested that Pleasant Hill city clerk Kimberly Lehmkuhl resign immediately.

The Contra Costa Times points out Lehmkuhl "has not produced any minutes of City Council meetings, the most important task of her office" since she began in Fall, 2012.

The Times claims that rather than doing her job, Lehmkuhl spends her time during council meetings sending out tweets on her @KimPHClerk Twitter account.

Lehmkuhl took the oath of office in mid-December 2012 from departing City Clerk Marty McInturf before swearing in other office holders herself.
