Flags Flown at Half-Staff to Honor Neil Armstrong

By Presidential Proclamation, U.S. flags at public buildings will be flown at half-staff on Friday, Aug. 31, 2012 to mark the passing of Neil Armstrong.

Flags will remain at half-staff until sunset.

If you spend money on school supplies spread out, like $150/mo, you do not accumulate enough in any one month to get any reward at all. The deal sounds great, but I've found it completely useless and frustrating. I think it's a ploy for positive press only, and of little help to a teacher.
