The Youth Homes Auxillary thrift store shelves are busting with books for buck or two — and profits help support abused young people in the care of Youth Homes, Inc.

Tucked away on Vivian Drive is a thrift store boasting buried treasure for literature lovers. With a mountain of books, thanks to a recent bulk donation, Youth Homes Auxiliary is offering a 50 percent discount on titles ranging from classics to modern bestsellers, craft books and romance novels. great deals. I just read an excellent graphic memoir (that's graphic as in the genre, not the adjective) - Alison Bechdel's "Are You My Mother"
