This is the U.S. headquarters of Foster's Group. The company owns several winery brands including Beringer, Chateau St. Jean, and Rosemount Estate. Formerly Beringer Blass Wine Estates, the company was purchased by Foster's Group of Australia in 2001. And later was joined by Southcorp Wines Americas. The company also distributes Foster's lager to the U.S. market.
