The Kyokushin School of Karate teaches students a traditional hard-style martial art that is based on the philosophy of "One Strike, One Victory." Beginning students start by leaning punches, blocks and kicks, and go on to learn groups of techniques that are performed in a set order. The sessions also provide a full body workout that strengthens the body and unifies the mind. The first class is free of charge.
